Das Model of Bauhaus

This project uses motion graphics animation to showcase the aesthetic style of Bauhaus. I aim to visually express the Bauhaus aesthetic through the rhythm of music, creating different dynamic effects that match the beat of the music using simple geometric figures.

The music featured in the video is "The Model" by Kraftwerk. While Bauhaus emphasizes simplicity, geometric forms, and modernity, Kraftwerk's music is characterized by cool electronic sounds, repetitive rhythms, and futuristic themes, creating a unique musical style. Both share common ground within the context of German modernist culture and can be combined to better showcase the aesthetics of Bauhaus.
